The listing that Vic put together for our home was wonderfully done and our home sold in less than 24 hours. My fiance and I LUCKED OUT with Kathy! I found her on a house I was interested in that was already under contract. She was amazing, especially being first time home buyers. She set a meeting with us ASAP to go over all the paperwork we would see and got us started on the portal that updated us about all new homes. It was easy to schedule to look at houses with her and we went to one open house together which was so helpful. We found our home, looked at it, wrote the offer and we were negotiation that day. Throughout the closing Kathy was extremely knowledgeable and was able to guide us every step of the way through inspections and everything. I recommended her to my sister and her and her fiance found a home and also closed with Kathy! I could not recommend her enough, she’s amazing!

OK, I don't like to give out across-the-board 5 star reviews - everyone could use some improvement, right? Not Kathy. She actually does meet 5-star level - "very impressive" local knowledge (North Hills! South Hills! East! West! All of it! She has a favorite Italian restaurant in every town and borough), "masterful" process expertise (I hardly knew I was buying a house it was so seamless), "immediate" responsiveness (I know I texted you at 10 pm on a Sunday Kathy, but I wasn't actually expecting a response until the next morning...), and "excellent" negotiation skills. It took us forEVER to find a house, and we drastically changed areas three times. When we finally found the one, all sorts of weird issues came up - future clients will probably hear horror stories of our title, deed, and electrical work. She did all the dirty work (though it never seemed like it, she is super classy!) and helped us find out way out of the bureaucratic jungle of this deal. We laughed, we cried, we bought our first house. I couldn't imagine going through this process with anyone else. She is smart, creative, extremely knowledgeable, calm under pressure, hilarious, and also a great person to spend time with (which is important because your real estate agent becomes your best friend very quickly). Kathy comes with my highest recommendation.

Vic recently helped me with relocating back to Pennsylvania from Nevada. He referred me to my Nevada agent after speaking with him to ensure the agent was a good fit for me and knew the area well. When looking at homes in Pennsylvania he was always available and patient. His knowledge of what to look for was amazing. Attics, basements heaters and foundations are not what I look at when house hunting but Vic had me completely covered. He knew exactly what to look for and what to steer me away from. The only sales person you actually WANT to see. Buying a home was something that made us very anxious at first. Having the right realtor not only eased our anxiety but it actually was an enjoyable and educational process. Vic goes above and beyond what I thought the traditional duties of a realtor are.
